“DESPEDIDA”

03 de marzo 2022 | Una foto con el retrato de mi bisabuela, Viviana Vergara, es colocada sobre su cama a modo de memoria. Aquella imagen fue parte de un reportaje sobre ella, destacado el año 2017.

Falleció el 2 de enero a los 94 años producto de diversas enfermedades. Como familia, nos tocó partir el año despidiéndola en el cementerio general de San Antonio. Desde sus hijos hasta sus tataranietos se hicieron presentes.

“FAREWELL”

03 March 2022 | A photograph with the portrait of my great-grandmother, Viviana Vergara, is placed on her bed to honor her memory. That image was part of a report on her highlighted in 2017.

She died on January 2^nd at the age of 94 due to different illnesses. As her family, we had to initiate the year saying farewell to her at the General Cemetery of San Antonio. From her children to her great-grandchildren were present.

Documentary photographer with formal studies of photography in Instituto Alpes CFT. He has been granted a fellowship and participated in different workshops with outstanding national and international photographers.  Previously awarded in FotoPrensa 2017. He has individually and collectively exposed in Chile.
